Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing to shop at ProKitFasteners.com. We value your satisfaction and aim to provide a seamless return and refund process. Please read the following policy guidelines to understand the eligibility criteria and procedures for returns and refunds.

1. Return Eligibility and Timeframe:
To be eligible for a refund, you must initiate the return process within 30 days from the date of purchase. Returns requested after this timeframe or for products that are damaged or not in their original condition will not be eligible for a refund. Please note that ProKit Fasteners does not cover the return shipping fees.

2. Product Eligibility:
To qualify for a refund, the returned product must meet the following criteria:
- The product must be returned in its original packaging.
- The product must not have been used, damaged, scratched, or dirty in any way.
- The product must be unused and in resalable condition.

3. Ineligible Products:
The following types of products are not eligible for return or refund:
- Special or custom orders.
- Branded print products.

4. Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that the refund processing time may vary, and it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund to your account.

5. Initiating a Return:
To initiate a return or exchange request, please contact us through our Contact Form at https://prokitfasteners.com/contact-us/. We will provide you with further instructions and issue you an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) to track the status of your return via email.

6. Cancellation:
If you wish to cancel an order, please note that a 10% processing and handling fee will apply if the item has already been packaged and labeled. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you want to cancel an order that has been shipped, you must refuse the package from the carrier service upon delivery. The carrier will then return the item to us free of charge. Upon receiving the unopened item, we will refund your payment minus the processing and handling fee.
